1. All purchased items will be shipped to Malaysia

2. All items are shipped directly from NZ, so please allow 7 to 20 working days handling period.

3. Shipping cost are calculated by the weight of the items ordered

4. Take Note that no refund or exchange will be entertained for any item bought. Thus, please check carefully all items before placing any order.

5. All ordered items are entertained on a first come first serve basis.

6.Discount 5% is available for purchase more than 3 items (with total cost more than RM600).

7. All payments are payable through MAYBANK ONLY.

8. Payments are to be made within 5 days after a confirmation to purchase has been received.

9. Due to the high custom fee imposed on tax and clearance, the small piece of price tag and will be cut and put it inside to avoid hassle in future.
